While reducing sugar I decided to include adding in some commitments and challenges to build strength and increase my consistency with fitness. <p>As the holidays approach I begin to get anxious and typical for me is that there will be a lot of over indulgence on food and under indulgence on exercise! I was reminded today that it takes 21 days to develop a habit and another 3-6 months for the body to say, &#8220;Oh! That&#8217;s what we&#8217;re doing now?&#8221;&hellip;</p>

I have a surgery scheduled for September 4th with a 6-8 week recovery so walking is a must do each day until then&#x1f643;  I need to build my stamina and get as much exercise as I can so that I can bounce right back to doing all the things by Halloween&#x1f47b;&#x1f383;</p>
